Painting a condo thirty floors up is a logistics job first
Rolling paint onto a wall is the same on the 3rd floor of a house and the 30th floor of a tower. Everything around it is different. Before a brush comes out, a high-rise usually wants paperwork from the contractor, a booked slot on the service elevator, a named crew at the front desk and work kept inside set hours. Owners who hire a painter used to houses often find the job stalls at the lobby. That is the gap this site exists to fill, valley-wide, for every residential tower we know of.
The paperwork comes before the paint
Management offices commonly ask for a certificate of insurance naming the association or building. We ask your building what it needs and send it, so the job is approved before the crew arrives.
Elevators, loading and the hours a tower allows
Ladders and paint travel in the service or freight elevator, booked in advance for the window the building offers. Crews park where management directs and work inside the allowed hours.
Protecting the route from the elevator
The cab, the corridor carpet outside your door and your entry get covered for the day, then cleared and cleaned before the crew leaves.

Condo painting services for tower owners
Most work is a full interior, but owners come to us at different moments: before a sale, between rental seasons, or after inheriting a unit they have never lived in. Each service has its own page on the condo services overview.
High-Rise Condo Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, doors and trim inside a tower unit, with the building paperwork, elevator booking and corridor protection planned before day one.
Painting for Out-of-Town Condo Owners
For second-home, investor and inherited units: access arranged through the front desk, decisions by text or email, and photo updates while you are away.
Pre-Listing Repaint for Tower Condos
A neutral, photo-ready repaint timed against your listing date, the building's move rules and your agent's photographer.
Condo-Hotel Unit Painting
For owners of individually owned suites in Strip condo-hotels: work planned around your rental calendar and the hotel's own contractor process.
Condo and Townhome Interior Painting
Interior painting for garden-style condos and townhomes across the valley, from tall stairwell walls to garage interiors.
How a high-rise repaint runs, start to finish
The sequence below is the same whether your unit is a compact loft downtown or a residence of around 3,000 square feet at Turnberry Place. Only the scale changes.
Tell us the building and unit
Building name, unit, rough size and what you want painted. Photos help.
Fixed written quote
After photos or a walkthrough, you get a price that does not move without your approval.
Building approvals
Insurance certificate, service elevator booking and work hours arranged with management.
Protect, prep, paint
Route and unit covered, walls repaired, then ceilings, walls, doors and trim.
Walkthrough and photos
Touch-ups done, final photos sent, and the building told the job is finished.
Have a unit in a tower?
Tell us the building and what needs painting. Photos are welcome, and you do not need to be in town.
For owners who live somewhere else
A large share of the valley's tower units belong to people who live in another state or another country, use the unit part of the year, or hold it as an investment. Flying in to let a painter through the door makes no sense. Our out-of-town owner service runs the whole job at a distance.
Access through the front desk
You add us to your building's vendor or guest list for the agreed dates, and we confirm with the desk before day one. Keys and fobs are handled the way you choose and never copied.
Photo updates from the unit
Before photos record the condition of every room, midway photos show progress, and final photos are taken room by room in daylight so you can check the finish from your phone.
Towers we work in across the valley
The valley's residential high-rises cluster in a handful of districts. Each district page lists the buildings there with public details such as the year they opened and how they are run, because a hotel-managed condo tower and a full-time residential tower plan contractor work very differently. Several buildings have their own page, including the leaning Veer Towers at CityCenter and Panorama Towers on Dean Martin Drive.
North Strip and Sahara Towers
Sky Las Vegas, Allure and Trump International: Strip-front and Sahara Avenue towers near the Fashion Show end of the Boulevard.
Paradise Road and Country Club Towers
Turnberry Place, Turnberry Towers, Regency Towers, Metropolis, Park Towers and The Platinum, from Karen Avenue south to Hughes Center.
CityCenter and Harmon Avenue Towers
Veer Towers, the Waldorf Astoria residences, Vdara and the Signature at MGM Grand, between the center Strip and Harmon Avenue.
Dean Martin Drive and Flamingo Towers
Panorama Towers, The Martin and Palms Place: glass towers just west of I-15 with long views back across the Strip.
Downtown and Arts District Loft Towers
The Ogden, Newport Lofts, SoHo Lofts and Juhl: loft-style towers with exposed concrete and ductwork, near Fremont Street and the Arts District.
Queensridge and Summerlin
One Queensridge Place, the west valley's only residential high-rise, plus condos and townhomes across Summerlin.
One Las Vegas and the South Boulevard
One Las Vegas: two 20-story towers on South Las Vegas Boulevard, plus condos and townhomes in the southwest valley.

Why tower owners call a condo specialist
We plan around the building, not around ourselves
We never assume one tower runs like another. Each management office is asked what it requires, and the job is scheduled from its answers.
One contact for the whole job
You deal with one person from quote to final photos, by phone, text or email. Decisions about color, scope or a surprise behind a mirror come to you with photos.
Finish quality that suits glass-wall light
Floor-to-ceiling glass and hard desert sun rake across walls and expose every lap mark. Large walls are rolled in one wet edge, cut lines are done by hand, and sheen is chosen for the light each room gets. Tinted glass shifts colors too, so we sample on your own walls.
More on why we focus on towers.
What decides the price of a tower unit
We do not publish a rate card, because square footage alone is a poor guide in a tower. Ceiling height, the number of doors and the amount of trim, how much repair the walls need, whether furniture stays, color changes and the length of the building's daily elevator window all move the number. A walkthrough or a set of photos gets you a fixed written price. If your condo is a garden-style unit or a townhome rather than a tower, see condo and townhome interior painting, and for anything else, the full owner FAQ or the estimate request page.
Quick answers for tower owners
Which buildings do you paint in?
Residential condo towers across the valley, from Sky Las Vegas and Turnberry Place to The Ogden downtown and One Queensridge Place in the west. The building guide lists them by district.
Do you paint balconies or the outside of a tower?
No. Exteriors, balconies and common areas in a tower are normally the association's responsibility. We paint inside your unit.
Can I get a quote without being in Las Vegas?
Yes. Send photos and the unit size, or have someone open the unit for a walkthrough, and we send a written quote.
Do you paint condos that are not in a tower?
Yes, interiors of garden-style condos and townhomes across the valley are covered by our condo and townhome service.
